ROBERT WILSON'S WATERMILL CENTER | TONI ROSS + LAURIE LAMBRECHT IN COLLABORATION | APRIL 17 - MAY 17, 2019 | WATER MILL, NY
In her first residency, Toni Ross worked in collaboration with Laurie Lambrecht to create a 13 foot high sculpture possessing
the likeness of a natural tree. Pulpy, hand-dyed pieces of tree bark were assembled and attached to an armature in
mosaic-like fashion. Installed in one of the plazas at The Watermill Center, the sculpture was on view for five weeks.
